On the 22nd September the group enjoyed a Workshop with Sue Burge, a local poet and tutor who often runs these for us. Sue wove the Workshop around the subject of money from our childhood with a reading and lots of clever exercises to help us recall events from the past. We finished with lots of material and ideas to work with going forward. As well as a new habit of converting today’s prices back to shillings and pence for a couple of days .
It has been a busy month for the Group with our return to Merchants Place after the long break due to Covid. Members also each submitted one of their pieces of writing done during Lockdown to Cromer Artspace Lockdown Views Project, as well as working on other personal projects. It has been a positive and welcome return to our normal schedule.
